SproutLoud application unavailable

The downtime was due to an unusually high load on our backend database. We are researching processes to mitigate this type of failure in the future.

The SproutLoud application is now available and working as expected. The application was unavailable for 9 minutes from 02/28/2020 @ 3:21 PM until 02/28/2020 @ 3:30 PM. We are continuing to investigate the reason for the downtime and we will post a follow-up message as soon as possible.
