The team validated and successfully confirmed all records impacted by the delays.

Sproutloud services are now working properly and the issue has been fixed.

We are going through records from 1/1/2021 forward to make sure everything is processed and up to date.

We will post updates as more records are validated and confirmed.

The team continues to bring all impacted parts of the application up to date.

The team has released the fix to production and we are currently working on bringing impacted parts of the application up to date.

We are aware of delays in order fulfillment as well as delays in reporting and other areas of the application.

This issue has impacted orders over the weekend and is currently an ongoing issue.

We have identified the cause and are working on a solution as our top priority and will provide regular updates as we work towards a resolution.
