We have restored all SSO and API functionality to the remaining clients.

We will continue to monitor the system to ensure it is not happening anymore.

We will conduct an investigation and provide an update on the causes of the outage.

The SproutLoud application is currently experiencing intermittent connection errors using our REST API and connecting using SSO.

We are looking into the issue and will post an update shortly.
