Partial impact on Application

We are experiencing some intermittent issues in several modules throughout the application. Some of the modules that we have identified so far: SSO, Download Center, List Management and Marketing Program spawning. We are actively working on it and will follow up as soon as we have more information on it.

All of the affected modules are now working as expected. The issue was caused by a lost connection between the application and its storage servers.

In order to prepare for some upcoming changes, we were re-configuring storage servers. There was no downtime anticipated. The changes caused service interruptions and have now been resolved. We do not foresee any further disruptions.
