We have analyzed the cause for our downtime. It was due to an unoptimized index in a heavily used table for order processing in our database. That problem has been rectified. We are currently reviewing our regular maintenance process to avoid this situation in the future.

The SproutLoud application is now available; it was down for 6 minutes between 11/01/2018 @ 1:35 PM and 11/01/2018 @ 1:41 PM. We are looking into the exact cause and we will follow up with an analysis as soon as possible.
