The SproutLoud platform is now available and working as expected. The application was intermittently unavailable for 3.5 hours from 10:18 AM EST until 1:58 PM EST. The downtime was caused by an unusually high load on one of our database servers. We are looking into the exact cause in order to mitigate this type of situation in the future.
