The downtime was caused by an unusually high write load to one of our backend storage servers. We are further researching processes to mitigate this type of failure in the future.

The SproutLoud application is now available and working as expected. The downtime was for 7 minutes from 12:13 PM to 12:20 PM. We are looking into the exact cause and will post a follow-up analysis as soon as possible.
