SproutLoud Sub-Processors
With respect to protected information described in the Data Protection Addendum between customer and SproutLoud, SproutLoud uses certain sub-processors (or “Subcontractors”) to assist in providing SproutLoud’s services. A sub-processor is a third party data processor engaged by SproutLoud who agrees to receive personal data from SproutLoud intended for processing activities to be carried out (i) on behalf of SproutLoud customers; (ii) in accordance with customer instructions as communicated by SproutLoud; and (iii) in accordance with the terms of a written contract between SproutLoud and the sub-processor.
SproutLoud has the following categories of Subcontractors that are used for the purpose of processing personal information:
“Hosting Services Vendor” means any Subcontractor providing physical data center services and hosting of the Engine.
“Office System Vendor” means any Subcontractor providing services, products or software to SproutLoud as part of the office systems and/or support enabling SproutLoud to provide Services or customer support to its customers. A list of Office System Vendors is only provided with respect to customers impacted by GDPR but a general explanation of the category is represented in this policy.
“Software Vendor” means any Subcontractor providing services or products to SproutLoud as part of or support, development, delivery and improvements of functionality of the Engine.
“Sub-Marketing Vendor” means any Vendor providing products and/or services requested, ordered and/or purchased by a Holder through the Engine. A list of Sub-Marketing Vendors is only provided with respect to customers impacted by GDPR but a general explanation of the category is represented in this policy.
SproutLoud maintains an up-to-date list of the names and locations of all Sub-Processors.

This list is not inclusive of any use of Third-Party APIs that a customer is using, or has requested SproutLoud to use, for the purpose of integrating a Controller’s data from another system.
SproutLoud customers may subscribe to notifications of Sub-Processor changes by filling out this form.

Office System Vendor
Office System Vendors are used by SproutLoud to provide the management of customer data information to better support and service SproutLoud customers. Examples are helpdesk and customer relationship management tools.

Sub-Marketing Vendors
Sub-Marketing Vendors are used by SproutLoud to provide the marketing Services requested. As an example, if SproutLoud receives a request to send direct mail to User Contacts, SproutLoud works with its printer (Subcontractors) to print, produce and mail the Users artwork to the mailing list provided by a User. SproutLoud has over one-hundred Sub-Marketing Vendors to support the Services offered by SproutLoud in the Engine.
