Sproutloud Application – Web Leads (SL Forms) Issues

Web leads (SL Forms) issues have been resolved and they are now working as expected.

The issue was caused by a misconfiguration in the forms authentication system.

No form data was lost during the outage, it was just not visible to the main Application.

We have identified an issue with web leads (SL Forms) information not being updated on the Sproutloud application.

We have identified the issue and we are working on a solution to the issue.

We will provide more information as soon as possible.
