SproutLoud Application Unavailable

The downtime was caused by an unusually high load to one of our backend database servers. We are further researching processes to mitigate this type of failure in the future.

The SproutLoud application is now available and working as expected. The downtime was for 8 minutes between 08/29/2019 05:41:47 PM and 08/29/2019 05:49 PM. We are investigating the exact cause and will post a follow-up analysis as soon as possible.
