The downtime was caused by an unusually high write load to one of our backend storage servers. We are further researching processes to mitigate this type of failure in the future.

The SproutLoud application is now available and working as expected. The site was down for 14 minutes from 5/23/2019 @ 9:33 AM EDT until 5/23/2019 @ 9:47 AM EDT. We are continuing to investigate the cause and will post a follow-up analysis shortly.
