SproutLoud application unavailable

The downtime was caused by a denial of service (DDOS) attack directed at our upstream hosting provider. The step taken to mitigate the attack was to null route the affected network segment. We are continuing to closely monitor the situation.

The SproutLoud application, FTP, API, and Analytics are now available and working as expected. Those services were unavailable for 26 minutes from 12/04/2019 @ 09:43 AM until 12/04/2019 @ 10:09 AM. We are continuing to investigate the reason for the downtime and we will post a follow-up as soon as possible.
