SproutLoud application SSO unavailable

SSO is now available and working as expected in the SproutLoud application. SSO was unavailable for two hours, from 8:30 AM EDT until 10:30 AM EDT. The cause of the issue was a result of a misconfigured file in a scheduled release in the early morning. We have identified the issue and released a fix for it.

We are aware of the reports that SSO is not working for some, and possibly all clients. We are currently looking into the issue and will post an update as soon as possible.
