SproutLoud application intermittently unavailable

The SproutLoud application was intermittently unavailable for 10 minutes from 10/16/2019 05:01 PM until 10/16/2019 05:11 PM. The application is now available and working as expected. The downtime was due to an unusually high load on our backend database cluster. We are further researching processes to mitigate this type of failure in the future.
