My Web Pages unavailable

The cause of the downtime for My Web Pages was due to a configuration error with our database backup system. The snapshots of one of the database servers were not being transferred to long term storage, causing one of the database servers to run out of disk space. We have fixed the configuration error and have implemented processes to validate that this type of configuration error does not occur in the future.

Publishing to My Web Pages sites is now available and working as expected. The My Web Pages sites were unavailable for 3 hours and 10 minutes from 03/21/2020 08:54 AM to 03/21/2020 12:04 PM. We are currently investigating the exact cause of the My Web Pages downtime and the issue publishing from within the SproutLoud application. We will post a follow-up analysis as soon as we have more information available.

My Web Pages sites are now available and working as expected. However, publishing to My Web Pages programs from the SproutLoud application is currently unavailable. We are looking into the issue and we will post an update as soon as we have more info.
