Issue with previewing and proofing orders

We are currently experiencing an intermittent issue with previewing and proofing orders within the application. We are actively working on it and will follow up as soon as we have more information on it.

The issue with preview and proofing has been resolved. The issue was caused by a lost connection between the proofing server and the storage servers.

In order to prepare for some upcoming changes, we were re-configuring storage servers. There was no downtime anticipated. The changes caused service interruptions and have now been resolved. We do not foresee any further disruptions.
