Download Center – Unable to select collections for download

On November 8th at 10:40 AM EST we received reports that assets in a Download Center collection were missing. Additionally, as a consequence of the missing assets, attempting to download a collection generated an error in the application. This was caused by a bug in the stored procedure that retrieves the assets of a download center collection.

Our engineering team has released the fix to production. Selecting a collection and adding it to a cart now is working as expected.

Our engineering team has identified and fixed the issue. They are currently testing the fix. We will provide another update once the fix is live in production.

We have an issue with the Download Center module of our application. Users are not able to select collections for download. Our team is looking into the cause.
