The SproutLoud application and My Web Pages products are now available and working as expected. This outage was caused by a power distribution unit failure to one of our server racks; the unit has been replaced. We will further investigate and implement a plan to prevent application failures when this type of event occurs. We appreciate your patience during the downtime.
