This issue was a result of a high number of jobs that caused a lot of activity for one of the storage servers. It was identified and mitigated within a few minutes.

The SproutLoud application is now available and working as expected. The issue was caused by an unusually high load on one of our backend storage servers. We will be investigating this issue thoroughly in order to prevent this from happening again in the future. Thank you for your patience.
