The SproutLoud application was unavailable for 3 minutes between 5:25 PM EST and 5:28 PM EST. The downtime was caused by an unusually high load to one of our backend database servers. We are investigating further in order to mitigate this type of issue in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience; thank you for your patience.
