Application Reports Service Disruption

The issue has been resolved and dashboard reports are working as expected.

The reports were unavailable for 90 minutes starting at 12/15/2020 @ 12:22PM until 12/15/2020 @ 02:43PM.

The reason for the unavailability was attributed to high latency in some of the processes that build the reports which were backing up the system.

We are looking into Instability issues present on dashboard reports.

The issues are currently being assessed by our team and we will provide an update as soon as possible.
